Premium Parcel Protection ensures a hassle-free delivery process. It's automatically added to all orders to safeguard against any delivery issues. You can opt-out of Premium Parcel Protection in your cart if you prefer.
Coverage
Once your order leaves our warehouse, responsibility for it passes to our courier partners. If your parcel is lost, damaged, or stolen, dealing with courier services can be challenging. To provide you with peace of mind, we offer Premium Parcel Protection — if any issues arise, our team is here to swiftly resolve them.
Damaged on Delivery
If an item arrives damaged, simply file a claim with us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll promptly arrange a replacement without the need to engage the courier service.
Delivered But Not Received
If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, wait up to 5 business days before filing a claim with us. If the package remains undelivered after this period, we'll issue a replacement.
Not Delivered, Not Received
For packages presumed lost by the carrier, we'll promptly issue a replacement.
Lost Packages
A package is considered "lost" 15 business days after its last scan. If your package hasn't arrived within this timeframe, contact us immediately for assistance. We may require additional information, such as photos of damaged items.
How to File a Claim
To file a claim, email us at [email protected] or initiate a Live Chat, providing your Order ID, contact details, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1 business day, but please allow up to 2 business days for a reply. For damaged items, include relevant photos demonstrating the damaged goods and/or packages. Use the subject line: "Premium Package Protection Order [Your Tint order number]" for expedited processing.
What's Not Covered
We do not cover items lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer. Claims for damaged items cannot be made more than 48 hours after delivery.
Without Premium Package Protection
If you declined Premium Package Protection and encounter issues with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Please note that without Premium Package Protection, a courier investigation will be required before further action can be taken. However, rest assured, we're here to assist you as best we can. Premium Package Protection simply expedites the process by removing the courier from the equation.
